We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to implement doctor’s orders, monitor specified medications/refills, monitor and record vital signs as needed, and maintain medical/nursing records. The nurse will observe patients and provide accurate and timely documentation of their treatment progress and respond to patient crisises and emergencies as needed. The Nurse Manager is also responsible for promoting staff development, supervise, and train a team of LPNs. The individual must be willing to work with clients across the lifespan from adolescents to older adults.



•Virginia registered/licensed nurse required

•Bachelor’s Degree preferred


•Two (2) years of Substance Abuse and/or mental health experience preferred (bilingual preferred, but not required).

•Prior supervisory experience is required


• Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

•Computer skills, ie: Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of EMR systems
