We are seeking a Counselor to be responsible for managing a caseload of clients delivering individual and group sessions and managing the day to day operations.
•Master's degree in in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy
•Minimum two (2) years' related experience
•Previous experience in a Therapeutic Community (TC) setting preferred
•Knowledge of emotional and physical needs of substance abusers
•Ability to work with diverse criminal justice and non-offender populations
•Establish appropriate boundaries and professional relationships with all clients in treatment, including former clients served
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
