At Phoenix House’s Burlington Risk Reduction Team is looking for a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is responsible, personally or through subordinate supervisors, for overall administration, staffing and clinical supervision of the “in prison” treatment program and coordination for related program assignments and case management services. Travel to St Johnsbury, Plymouth, and other possible facilities is required.



•Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field. Master’s preferred

•Must be at least a Certified Recovery Support Worker or working towards this certification.

•Valid Driver’s License


•Previous staff management and/or supervision experience

•Skilled in group, individual and/or family counseling as appropriate.


•Knowledge of the treatment of substance-abusing populations and therapeutic communities as appropriate.

•Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality, contract management and program administration regulations.
