RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide psychiatric services, including assessments and medication management

•Provide office-based opiate detoxification and maintenance services

•Respond to client crises and emergencies, as needed

•Document developments and important events in accordance with clinical policies for reporting and record keeping

•Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

• Graduate from an accredited medical school

• NY license

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum five (5) years related experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

•Ability to develop rapport with substance-abusing populations and families.

•Ability to prepare and maintain required documentation.

•Ability to comply with internal, local, state and federal regulations and policies.

SCHEDULE:

8 hours per month. Two (2) four (4) hour shifts preferred.
