Campus Director reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, responsible for the management of the residential program, outpatient programming including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care.


•Responsible for the day to day management of the residence and services, corresponding to the following elements of the treatment/recovery process: stabilization, rehabilitation and reintegration

•Responsible for conducts performance evaluations, recommends for promotions, evaluates for discipline and terminations;

•Responsible for administrative functions and reporting, including preparing annual budgets, controlling monthly expenses, scheduling staff and issuing required monthly reports;

•Responsible for developing relationships with appropriate government agencies and community service providers, etc.

•Responsible for maintaining sufficient on-site or on-call staff to meet the needs of resident population

•Other duties may be assigned.



•Qualified Health Professional (QHP)

•Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health or related field

•License issued by NYS in good standing


• Minimum five (5) years related experience


• Familiarity with regulations governing Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Services is preferred.
