We are currently hiring a Facilitator for our Lake View Terrace location. The Facilitator is responsible for the provision of clinical care and supervision to patients and for providing ongoing clinical documentation in the clinical management system. In addition, the Facilitator is responsible for the preparation and implementation of patient groups on the HRC unit.



•Bachelors or higher degree in Behavioral Science (preferred)

•High school diploma or equivalence (required)


•2-3 years progressive experience providing or coordinating social services, preferably within a drug or alcohol treatment setting or transitional housing environment


•Employee shall be in compliance with DHCS requirements for alcohol and drug abuse counselor certification. Persons not in possession of substance abuse counselor certification must register prior to first day of employment.

•Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s license and a driving record that allows for operation of company vehicles.

•Must meet federal, state and local Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Indexing requirements.
