We are currently hiring an Intervention Specialist. The role is responsible for the provision of clinical care and supervision to patients and for providing ongoing clinical documentation in the clinical management system. The position will also facilitate group counseling sessions using a manualized curriculum and help in coordinating patient movement.



Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

•Bachelors or higher degree in Behavioral Science or related field AND

•1 year experience with at-risk youth, substance abuse, mental health, or related field


•Associates degree AND

•3 years’ experience with at-risk youth, substance abuse, mental health, or related field


•Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor AND

•2 years’ experience with at-risk youth, substance abuse, mental health, or related field


•Employee shall be in compliance with DHCS requirements for alcohol and drug abuse counselor certification. Persons not in possession of substance abuse counselor certification must register prior to first day of employment.

•Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s license and a driving record that allows for operation of company vehicles.

•Must meet federal, state and local Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Indexing requirements.
