Phoenix House is a leading non-profit treatment center who provides individualized, holistic drug and alcohol addiction treatment with over 130 programs across ten states. As we embark on our 50 year anniversary, we are committed to treating the whole person — and their families — with caring, qualified professionals through evidence-based care to teens, adults, and families.

We are currently in search of Case Manager.It is their role to interface, network and communicate with referral agencies and community resources, as well as parents and other concerned family members. Case Manager ensures that quality clinical services are consistently and effectively delivered to each client assigned to their caseload. The Case Manager is expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and shared values of Phoenix House. They are responsible for upholding regulations established by the Department of Social Services and the State of California.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or in Master in Social

Work and 2 years of experience in social work activities with adolescent clients required.

Current and valid driver’s license.
