Phoenix House of Orange County is currently hiring a Wraparound Supervisor. The position is responsible for the direct supervision of all Wraparound Program Staff, which includes teams that consist of Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners. Wraparound Supervisors assist the staff in empowering Family Teams and offer assistance with day to day trouble shooting and handling crisis situations. Additionally, Wraparound Supervisors oversee that all service requirements are met, including staff meetings, trainings, reports, and other documentation.



•Must possess a Master’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field from an accredited university, AND be licensed or license eligible.

•Employee must possess a valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance, and a driving record that allows for the legal operation of personal and company vehicles


•Acts as lead trainer and role model to lower level staff providing coaching and supervision in the course of resolving problems with clients, and assisting with crisis intervention as necessary.

•Provides direct care and supervision to clients and staff while establishing and implementing the core components and structure of the therapeutic community.

•Prepares and conducts trainings for staff and/or county agencies and may co-facilitate groups.

•Provides one to one counseling to staff and addresses areas where they need support with individual cases/ problems.


•Must have one year of experience in human services and one year of experience

in care coordination/case management.
