We are currently seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients and providing sound, therapeutic treatment. S/he plans, advocates, implements and coordinates a proactive array of comprehensive, individualized services for clients and performs administrative work in support of the program.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

  • Knowledge obtained throughcompletion of a Bachelor Degree curriculum from an accredited institution,or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Experience performing the corefunctions of a substance abuse counselor.

  • Experience developing rapportwith substance-abusing populations and families.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Preparation and maintenance ofrequired documentation.

  • Ability to comply with internal,local, state, and federal regulations and policies.

  • Ability to work and communicatewith others.

  • Ability to work within theconfines of a modified therapeutic community.
