We are currently seeking Residential Specialists to be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of the house through supervision of a Residential Community Structure. Responsibilities include monitoring therapeutic milieu and client activities, responding to client’s crises and emergencies as needed, transport clients to outside activities, night AA meetings and appointments as needed. This position assures a safe and drug free environment and provides Life Skills and 12 Step Education.



•High School diploma or equivalent

•Certification as a substance abuse counselor (CSAC-A, CAC, CSAC) required


•Minimum one (1) year experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting preferred


•Knowledge of chemical addiction treatment and of 12 Step recovery process preferred

•Certified in First Aid and CPR, Medication Management a plus

•Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus


Afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend shifts available
