Provide prescribed treatment and nursing care to patients.
Implement doctor’s orders, monitor specified medication/refills
Monitor and record vital signs as needed, and maintain medical/nursing records.
Valid Vermont Registered Nurse License required
Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
Knowledge obtained through attainment of applicable state Registered Nurse’s license.
Skilled in implementing nursing protocol.
Experience in patient assessment
Ability to carry out instruction and accurately document medical information
- Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Tues - Fri, 10:00am - 6:00pm OR 11:00am - 7:00pm
