We are currently seeking a counselorto be responsible for managing a caseload of clients and providing sound, therapeutic treatment and managing the day to day operations.



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field. CAP required if applicant is only holding a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s preferred.

  • Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record required.


  • Minimum of two to five years previous counseling experience in substance abuse treatment or mental health setting required.

  • Previous experience in a Therapeutic Community (TC) setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of emotional and physical needs of substance abusers.


  • Possess a thorough knowledge of various treatment methods and experience working with diverse populations.

  • Knowledge of 12-step recovery programs preferred

  • Must be able to work with male/female, adult (18-over) and adolescent (13-18) substance

use/dually diagnosed/opiate dependent population.

  • Must be able to work with culturally diverse populations

  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, referral relationships, and community relations activities for a specific geographic area.
