Phoenix House of Lake View Terrace is seeking a Desktop Support Technician. The Technician will configure, maintain andsupportcomputer systems and applications for Phoenix Houses employees at various locations in California.


  • Act as the primary interface to company personnel for all system related issues. Escalate problems when unable to resolve problems independently.

  • Perform daily operations tasks as specified (check for application availability etc.)

  • Install and configure desktop systems including PCs, Monitors, Scanners, Printers, wireless devices, iphones, Desktop VOIP Phones and Desktop application software

  • Work with vendorsupportcontacts

  • Provide deskside and telephone support to staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems

  • Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems


  • Should an Associates, Bachelors and Industry Certification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing IT support over the phone or in person

  • Expert level familiarity with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 OS

  • Hardware & Software Troubleshooting experience with PCs, Macs, and Laptops

  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server Environments
