(Full-Time) Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Executive Director of California and Texas the Senior Director, Quality Resources and Clinical Training is responsible for designing, implementing, and directing all quality assurance, performance improvement, risk management and clinical training activities within Phoenix House California. This position is also responsible for oversight of the support services listed above, with the intent of promoting best practice throughout the region, and to maintain and improve the quality of care provided to patients, clients, and families.
LMFT or LCSW with current California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) Registration or equivalent required.
Post two (2) year licensure preferred
Must maintain licensure as a condition of employment.
Must maintain a valid CA Drivers’ License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record based on Phoenix House policy.
Two (2) years’ experience Quality Assurance and Clinical Training required
Two (2) years’ experience working in drug and alcohol treatment highly preferred.
Experience working with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Department of Mental Health (DMH), Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS), California Department of Probation, and Private Healthcare Providers highly preferred
CBI-SA (Cognitive‐Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse) experience highly preferred.
CBI-SA certification required upon hire
Experience with CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) experience highly preferred
