TheOvernight Monitor/Recovery Support Specialistisresponsiblefortheprovisionofclinical care and supervision topatients and for providing ongoingclinicaldocumentationintheclinicalmanagementsystem. The position will alsoSupporttheprogramparticipantcareapproachofGenderResponsiveandTrauma-informedmilieubyprovidingnecessarysupervisiontothefollowingactivities:jobfunctions,PhysicalEducation,Academicenrichment,Case LoadActivities,Mealtimes,PersonalHygiene,MorningWakeup,Bedtimeandall(un)scheduledactivities.
The RSS is also responsiblefortimelyandaccuratecompletionofclientnotes,charts,reports,andotherdocumentationrelated tothetreatmentandprogressofclientsintheprogram. Thesereportsincludebutarenotlimitedtoindividual andweeklyprogressnotes,documentationofattendanceand participation in-group, didactics and family sessions. Documentationmay includeweb-based,electronicand/orpaperdocuments.

MustshowanaptitudeforworkingaspartofateamPhoenix House conducts as needed, job-related background checks, fingerprints, drug testing, physical exams, medical exams, TB testing, verification of employment history and/or reference checks prior to employment.
