  • Provide the operational support to facilitate the delivery of optimal clinical services to clients.

  • Assist residents with day to day needs such as ensuring treatment schedule is being followed, help out with monitoring children as needed.

  • Ensuring a safe unit, provide crisis de-escalation when needed, monitor who is coming in and out of program.

  • Perform program rounds and facility checks



  • High School degree


  • Two (2) years of Substance Abuse and/or mental health experience preferred.


  • Knowledge of issues related to homeless women struggling with substance abuse with their children. Prior residential experience, excellent customer service skills

  • Perform security and maintenance tasks as directed.

  • Complete required documentation and records.

  • Ability to effectively and accurately monitor resident’s medications and provide adequate medication documentation
